I have been climbing mountains since I was 16, I have been to the Himalayas since I was 20, and I have been climbing walls since I was 21.
At the age of 17, I joined Morioka Soukai, and when I went to a winter training camp in the Northern Alps with my seniors, I felt the charm of mountaineering in the harsh winter mountains outside of the prefecture.
After that, I went through Iwate to the mountains and rock walls of the Northern Alps in my youth.
I was away from the mountains for a while at the same time as I became independent due to work, but when I went hiking to rehabilitate a broken leg, I was fascinated by the beauty of the mountains and returned to the mountains.
More than 30 years have already passed since the time when I climbed recklessly, but when I slipped back in time, there was youth when I was young.

The snow removal is over at the last private house, and I start walking from there. There is a trailhead after crossing the second stream and proceeding through the meadows. From the pasture to a steep climb through the Quercus oak forest, when it turns into a beech forest, there is a branch boundary, followed by a further steep climb to the Maeyama branch. The beech forest seen here is thick and beautiful. Koge-dake can be seen for the first time from the Maeyama junction. If you follow the gentle ridgeline of the low beech forest, you will reach the prefectural border fork, and soon you will reach Mt. Sawajiri with a good view. Mt. Oarasawa to the west, Mt. Ugo-Asahi, which has no summer road, Mt. Waga and Mt. Koge to the southwest, Mt. Akita-Komagatake and Mt. Iwate to the north, and Mt. Descend from Mt. Sawajiri to the saddle of Mt.
