My name is Masanao Yonezawa, and I am the founder of the NPO Uzumasa History Investigation Center located in Uzumasa, Ukyo-ku, Kyoto.

Our NPO, Uzumasa Rekishi Kanhosha, conducts projects to make people living in Uzumasa interested in the hidden historical resources of this region, conducts research on cultural history, and Communicate the results widely to residents, visitors and society.

Contribute to the creation of a sense of purpose in life for the local people through the training of guides, and to contribute to the revitalization of the region by welcoming many history enthusiasts to Uzumasa by conducting the Uzumasa history tourism project and creating a lively town that local residents can be proud of. We are working to do so.

My personal relationship with Uzumasa was a job transfer. When I was transferred to Kyoto, the local staff arranged for me an apartment in Katabiranotsuji. Coincidentally, I lived in the headquarters of the Hata clan, one of the representative immigrants.

After that, we collect and read related materials and organize the information by conducting an actual survey of the local historical sites.

I planned this experience to convey the information that I have learned to those who are interested in Mr. Hata, so please feel free to participate.

More info ◎ Why don't you try to find out the relationship between Koryu-ji Temple, Prince Shotoku, and the Hata clan?

There are many mysteries in the ancient history of Japan, and my hometown of Kyoto, Uzumasa is also the stage of these mysteries.

This time, we will introduce the story of searching for the true identity of Mr.

This project is a free and irresponsible attempt to uncover the greatest mystery in the Uzumasa area, “the true identity of the Hata clan and the relationship between the Ambassador Seitoku and Koryu-ji Temple,” based on materials such as commercially available books by scholars, researchers, and writers. A megalomaniacal course to visit the site and explore the mystery ☆

First of all, you will visit the site, and after the PowerPoint explanation, you can enjoy lunch and have a fun time that will "satisfy your brain and stomach."

◎ The identity of the Hata clan has not made much progress.

In general, it is a group of large-scale immigrants from the Korean Peninsula. It is said to be the people of the southern part of the peninsula or Silla.

However, there are deeply rooted very interesting theories such as the "lost ten tribes of Israel," primitive Christianity, and Jews.

Please enjoy the history of Uzumasa and the Hata clan, which is full of romance related to the roots of the Japanese people.
