This is Yuri Urata, the representative of "Iris Glass Studio", which provides "Glass Bead Making Experience" in Minami Ward, Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture. Originally, the area around Sakai City, where the experience was held, was an area with a thriving glass industry, and since I was a child, I grew up surrounded by glass beads. After finishing my studies, I started working in the bridal industry and later worked as a glassmaker in a glass factory.
At the timing when parenting (twins) has settled down, we opened a shop at handmade events, etc., interacted with customers, and responded to requests, and opened the workshop on December 17, 2020. We will support even beginners and small children so that they can have a fun experience, so please feel free to join us.
