Is there a charge for parking at the meeting place?
Meeting point parking for all regular activities is free or included in the tour price.
Do you have changing rooms?

Are there toilets?
Basically, the activity does not have a toilet until the end of the tour. Please participate after finishing at the gathering facility. In case of emergency, please inform the guide.
What should I do with my valuables?
Valuables such as wallets, mobile phones, and car keys will be kept by the guide before the start and will be stored and managed at the gathering facility. Please manage your own belongings such as a change of clothes.

Wear a life jacket, so you will definitely float. It doesn't matter if you can't swim. It is often safer not to swim recklessly. Then your guide will lead you on a safe tour.

Basically, we will hold the tour even if it rains, but the tour may be canceled due to disasters, weather, accidents, etc. Whether or not the tour can be held will be decided by 20:00 the day before, and if it cannot be held, the customer (representative)
Are pets allowed on board?
We are very sorry, but pets are not allowed on board. In addition, we do not recommend keeping pets as the staff will be absent at the meeting place and they will be left outdoors.

What should I do during my period?
